Tonight’s healthy dinner!
Feta, Spinach and Turkey Burgers topped with Tzatziki dressing with a side of cucumber quinoa salad.
We used wraps instead of buns.
Here is the recipe for the burgers.
The Cucumber salad consisted of:
2 cucumbers zoodle style
2 Small beets
A portion of Orange bell pepper sliced
1/4 cup Quinoa
1/2 Avocado diced
1/2 Fresh squeezed Lemon juice
1/2 Fresh squeezed Orange juice
Dash or 2 of Cayanne pepper (for a kick)
